本品系采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的水性乳液、增粘樹脂、多種助劑，經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的科學(xué)配方和先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)工藝精心制作而成的一種高性能粘膠。
1、外觀：乳白色粘稠狀液體
2、適用范圍：
本品適宜于各種牛皮箱的粘接、銅卡紙對裱。
3、產(chǎn)品特性：
（1）涂刷性能好，全粘時(shí)間十分鐘，四小時(shí)完全固化。
（2）膠膜柔韌，各種牛皮箱粘接性能好。
（3）本品抗冷耐熱性能佳，粘合好的產(chǎn)品在60℃烘烤72小時(shí)或-20℃冷凍72小時(shí)粘接強(qiáng)度保持不變，產(chǎn)品不爆，膠膜不發(fā)脆。
4、施工方法：手刷、機(jī)糊通用
5、技術(shù)參數(shù)：
（1）固含量≥50%
（2）粘度=5000-6000mpa.s
（3）pH=5-6
6、使用注意事項(xiàng)：
（1）對于挺度太大的產(chǎn)品，粘合后要求至少壓榨半小時(shí)，并且壓力要足夠，使兩被粘面能夠充分貼合。
（2）使用本品的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量涉及諸多因素，用戶應(yīng)在使用前視產(chǎn)品的具體情況進(jìn)行試用，合格后方可批量生產(chǎn)。
7、貯存運(yùn)輸：
（1）本品應(yīng)密封存放于陰涼干燥通風(fēng)處，貯存溫度為5-35℃為宜，有效貯存期為一年，超過貯存期如檢驗(yàn)合格仍可使用。
（2）本品為水分散體，屬于非危險(xiǎn)品，可按普通物品辦理運(yùn)輸。
